Kitchen N Bath Depo seeks an Office Administrative to join our team. This position needs to perform clerical and administrative functions such as drafting correspondence, scheduling appointments, accounts receivable, collections, organizing and maintaining paper and electronic files, and providing information to callers, serve clients, updates websites and social networking; serves in a back-up capacity to perform other reasonable duties as assigned; this position serves as part of a team to support business operations. Candidates need to be willing to learn then Kitchen N Bath depo will fully training.

 

Pay Type: Bi-Weekly

Business Hours: Monday to Friday (8 AM to 6 PM), Saturday (8 AM to 2 PM)

The wage will be discussed. Promotional term will be after 2 week, 1 month, 3 month, 6 month, etc.

Scheduled Hours: 35 ~ 40+ (To be discussed)
 

Final candidates are subject to successful completion of a drug screen or physical may be required during the post offer process.

Responsibilities:
 

• Draft correspondences and other formal documents

• Plan and schedule appointments and events

• Greet and assist onsite guests

• Answer inbound telephone calls

• Develop and implement organized filing systems

• Perform all other office tasks

• Lifting and carrying basic samples (up to 15 lb.)

• Available to walking around with co-workers or clients
   

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in office administration or other related fields

• Associate or Bachler degree

• Workday, Microsoft Office, and knowledge of Business operating and procedures desired.

• Ability to prioritize and multitask

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Must be able to sit, stand and view computer screens for extended periods of time. Climate is typically suited for an office environment.

• Strong attention to detail

• ​Strong organizational skills

• Design kitchen and bath layouts based on customer needs.

• Coordinate with customers from beginning to end of project.

• Perform sales duties as required.

Skills:

• Experience in cabinet design - Minimum 5 Years

• Required knowledge of 20/20 program and ProKitchen.

• Outgoing, friendly personality to communicate professionally with customers.

• Strong active listening skills to make sure designs meet the customers' needs.

• Knowledge of design standards.

• Strong attention to detail.
